On this day, in the zenith (SAT Word right there) of the Autumnal season where there are plenty of beautiful colors to be had, Asia and Tammy get MARRIED. Like every couple, they’ve been waiting to have this day together for a while now, and its quite obvious (you will see in a minute) that when someone says “If you cry, I will cry” that its true for this silly, laugh it off type couple. When Tammy cried at the ceremony, Asia cried, and then I CRIED (even if you won’t have proof)
I could tell they were anxious to get the day going, everything was set and ready when I got there, as is the Mohawk River Country Club style! Asia was patiently waiting and done early before I even got there so she could chill out and hang with her wedding party. This party meant business as they all got into their dresses and got ready and they did it all while laughing all the way, a fun day is ahead of me I can tell! When I got to Tammy, she was a bit more nervous - sometimes people wonder why couples get nervous and I can always tell, its just wanting the day to go as smoothly as possible, normal on your OWN wedding day. Tammy rocked out her style and when she was done, we took her upstairs for a “NOT FIRST LOOK”
I knew they were just dying to turn around and see each other when we placed them back to back holding hands. They could hear, touch and be with each other, but they can’t look and they got more anxious to get the day rolling!
When the Ceremony started, everything was going smoothly, Tammy got to walk with her parents down the aisle to patiently wait for Asia to come down the aisle. AS SOON AS Asia steps into the scene, Tammy could not hold back her tears of excitment, joy, released tension, happiness. Asia saw and first shocked, and then almost instantaneously, the wave of emotions just crashed into her being and she was also holding back tears. Laughter ensues as soon as they are able to be facing each other. ~Swoon~
It couldn’t have been a perfect day, even though it was lightly raining, they were up for portraits outside and good thing they were because they were granted with a RAINBOW to commemorate their day. A sign that Dad was looking down upon them and sent a Rainbow as a gift for their day. THINGS LIKE THIS GET ME GOING and even revisiting this memory just gets me teary eyed. Needless to say, the rest of the day was amazingly fun, filled with emotions and a ton of good friends and laughter to be had by all.
